How long do I have to return an item?

You may request a return within 21 days of delivery or local pickup.

What items are eligible for return?

Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Free of scents, stains, tears, or signs of wear

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges.

To secure your desired item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. If your original item was purchased at a discount, please email us at info@shopalignactive.com, and we’ll be happy to reapply that discount to your new order.


Are sale items eligible for return?

No. All sale items are final sale.

This includes:

Items purchased at 25% off or more

Items purchased at Pop-Up Shop events

Sale prices cannot be applied to previous purchases.


Is there a return shipping fee?

Yes. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.


Do you provide return labels?

We provide prepaid return labels for U.S. orders only

We do not provide return labels for addresses outside the United States


What happens if I don’t ship my return back on time?

Approved returns must be shipped back within the designated return window. Returns shipped late or received outside the return window are not eligible for a refund.

If you’d like an unapproved return shipped back to you, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and must contact info@shopalignactive.com.


What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered?

Align Active is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly prior to placing an order.

If a package issue occurs after delivery, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.

International Orders FAQ


Do you accept international returns or exchanges?

No. All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason.


Who is responsible for international shipping fees and customs charges?

Customers are responsible for all international shipping fees, duties, taxes, VAT, and customs charges. These fees are non-refundable.


What if my international order is delayed by customs?

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by customs processing.


What happens if I refuse delivery or don’t pay customs fees?

International orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or customs fees are not eligible for a refund.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to all international shipping, customs, and final sale terms outlined above.
